The I C Best Hostel is in the business of providing affordable and befitting hostel accommodation to students of Tertiary Institution and at the same time, IC Best Mart is in a business of providing quality and affordable consumer goods at highly subsidized price to the students of tertiary institutions. IC Best Mart will run online mart to allow for students to buy their items at affordable price anytime, 24hrs a day, and 7 days a week. 

2. Our Targeted Customers 

The target customers of IC Best Hostel and IC Best Mart are primarily the students of tertiary institution across the West Africa countries. The demand for our service is very high and we have a long way to go to meet up with the supplies. Presently, we have one of IC Best Hostel located at Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Nigeria and it is located at the proximate to the federal university. We just got government approval for our newly acquired property for the proposed 2,000 hostel accommodations for students of Lagos State University in Lagos Nigeria

Our approach to development or construction of Hostel accommodation is Cost Efficiency & Optimization (CEO) based, we are saving more than 50% in cost and thereby have enough to construct more befitting hostel. We have designed a process that helps us to minimize the construction and developmental cost of our hostel accommodations without trading with the quality. This is our business secret,In fact we are able to constructed a well finished 17 Self Contain Rooms Hostel with Bath, Toilet and Kitchen each with a sum of USD 48,000 (NGN 8,000,000.00) . We are able to reduce our operational cost right from the source. We put a lot of cost innovations at construction stage of our hostels to avert future avoidable operating expenses likewise unnecessary and irrelevant developmental cost that could have been incurred because of labour or contractor insincerity or lack of innovation.

In addition, other approaches we have adopted include: 

1.We use a Cost efficient Building Design and we project manage construction by ourselves. 

2. We introduced the use of direct labour by engaging the rural people to reduce the cost of construction 

3.We introduced usage of Aluminum door for bath room to prevent it from decomposition or rust which would otherwise necessitate changing the door at least yearly. 

4. We build our hostel accommodation at proximate location to the Tertiary Institution in the rural area (since all tertiary institutions have a rural setting close to them) to ensure lower cost of construction and affordability to the students. In addition to this, they will also be in high demand due to the proximity to the institution. 

5. We are also ensuring that our hostel accommodation are closeness to the Tertiary Institutions that are located in the rural area to take advantage of cheap land and other numerous advantages this location offers. 

FOOD & CLOTHING

We will run Online IC Best Mart for students to shop and buy items at a discounted price and subsidized price; likewise we will have IC Best Mart Store in each school where we have IC Best Hostel. We intend to get many companies, Private and Non-profit making Organisations involve to contribute in term of their products or services to students community at a discounted price while some Organizations may also get involved by subsiding the price of a particular product or service to our student community .
